What's one of the best ways of "Breaking Amish"? Posing for a men's magazine is definitely right up there. 

It's not Playboy, but Kate Stoltzfus has "packed her bonnet and moved to New York City to pursue a modeling career -- starting with Maxim," the men's publication writes. 

Inside the July/August issue, Stoltzfus talks about how Amish women have great bodies, because they work so hard around the farms. 

"There are definitely a lot of Amish women who have great bodies, because they work hard. They also eat really healthy, since they grow their own food. That's one big thing I miss about home, being able to garden and take care of plants," says Stoltzfus. 

Kate also says a guy would have to be something special before she gives him her peanut butter blossoms, which is not a euphemism. 

"A guy would have to prove himself to me before I'd bake him something special, like my peanut butter blos­soms. Most of the time I just make them for my roommates and me."

In an interview for the "Breaking Amish" Season 2 premiere, Stoltzfus told Zap2it that she's excited for how confident she is now and adds, "Dreams do come true if you work hard enough and set your mind to it."

"Breaking Amish: Brave New World" airs Sunday nights at 10 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
