It’s double trouble for Kim Zolciak who is expecting not one but two babies.

“I’m having twins and I couldn’t be more excited,” she told E! News. “I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception but twins do run in the family so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised.”

After taking over a dozen at-home pregnancy tests, the reality TV star confirmed she was pregnant for the fifth time on the season finale of Bravo’s “Don’t Be Tardy.”

Zolciak, 35, and her Atlanta Falcons husband Kroy Biermann already have two sons together - - Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash, 1. But she is also the mother of two daughters from previous relationships - - Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12 - - whom Biermann recently adopted.

“Am I not the luckiest girl in the world!!!??? My girls @BrielleZolciak @arianazolciak are officially adopted by Kroy!!!” she tweeted June 25.

“One of the happiest days of my life was the day that @BrielleZolciak @arianazolciak legally became mine!!” the NFL pro added. “I love you girls!!”

Now, the happy couple, who wed in November 2011, can look forward to adding two new bundles of joy to their clan.

“I can’t believe I am going to be a mom to six children,” she told E! “It’s going to be very busy but it’s a dream come true.”

But having babies isn’t the only thing on Zolciak’s mind. The soon-to-be mom tweeted recently about her pregnancy cravings.

The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star married Biermann in 2011 and already has two sons with him. He also adopted her two teenage daughters from previous relationships.

“Can we talk about the fact all I want to eat is chocolate!!!” she wrote. “I have always had a sweet tooth but geez!! Not 20 times a day!!”

However, chocolate hasn’t been Zolciak’s only craving. Days after revealing she was pregnant again, she was photographed smoking a cigarette but later denied the snapshot was current. Before that she was reportedly spotted puffing over the Memorial Day weekend in Destin, Fla., with baby bump in full view.

Coming under fire for allegedly lighting up during pregnancy has not stopped Zolciak from boasting about her new additions to the family.

“I personally would love a little girl because Brielle’s going to be 18 soon, Ariana’s six years away from being 18,” she said previously. “I’ll be in a house with three boys possibly and Kroy? That’s a life of four-wheelers and football.”

Zolciak was taken by surprise with her fifth pregnancy as she discovered she was expecting only nine months after having her youngest son. But after six children, the “Tardy for the Party” singer says it’s a wrap.

“This is it though, buddy,” she told her husband. “You better hope you get a little girl, because this is it.”
