It's not often you hear Jay-Z spilling the beans on his inner most feelings - but the superstar rapper has opened up and talked about his own childhood and fears for bringing up baby Blue Ivy.
Appearing in a promo video for his new album Magna Carta Holy Grail, the 43-year-old says how his dad abandoned him as a kid and he was worried about being a good parent to his 16-month-old daughter.
He says: "'My pop left when I was young, so he didn't teach me to be a man, nor how to raise a child or how to treat a woman.
"Of course my karma, the two things I need, I don't have. And I have a daughter. It's the paranoia of not being a great dad."

Or if they don't stop screaming.
