The singer told the judge handling her conservatorship that she’s ready to become a Sin City headliner.

Spears was before Los Angeles judge Judge Reva Goetz on Monday to be quizzed about the deal with Caesars Entertainment, the parent company of Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

During the 45-minute meeting in Judge Goetz’s chambers, the 31-year-old former X Factor judge told Goetz “how excited she was to be performing in Las Vegas,” a source told RadarOnline.

“The plan is for Britney to begin the shows around New Years Eve, with a huge concert on the last night of the year.

“The judge was impressed with how happy and excited Britney was.

“Britney assured Goetz she could handle the stress and felt comfortable with the performance schedule. Britney won’t be moving to Las Vegas permanently; she’ll perform for several weeks in a row and then have time off. Rehearsals are already underway for the gigs and Britney is heavily involved in the choreography.

“Once the contracts are signed off, expect Britney to appear at a press conference in Las Vegas and announce further details about the concerts. It’s a very exciting time in Britney’s life and she has never been better.”
