Cory Monteith Was Planning Birthday Surprise For Lea Michele

cORY Monteith was planning a surprise for Lea Michele‘s 27th birthday in August.
The actor — who died Saturday, July 13, after overdosing on booze and heroin — apparently had something special in store for Lea, who’s also his Glee costar.
“She didn’t know what,” a source tells Us Weekly. “But she thought it could be a party and possibly a trip somewhere.
“Lea and Cory were planning on moving in together after he got back from Vancouver,” another source said.
“They weren’t talking engagement or marriage yet, but it was heading that way. The first step was [that] Cory was going to move in [to Michele's L.A. home] completely. He was already there all the time.
“They were 100 percent happy and together and in love at the time of his death. They never broke up.”
