Housemates Gina Rio and Dexter Koh left the Big Brother house on Friday in a 'fake eviction'.

However, the pair ended up moving into a secret safe house after finding out the public had actually been voting to save them.

Meanwhile, back in the main house, their housemates thought Dexter and Gio were now in the outside world, while nominated Wolfy Millington and Dan Neal had been saved by the public.

However, Big Brother revealed to 'evicted' Gina and Dexter they would be living in luxury and spying on their fellow housemates over the next week.

During the live show, 24-year-old socialite Gina was the first to leave the house, believing she was being evicted.

She said: 'It's fine, it's alright, it's OK.'

Gina declined to hug and kiss her housemates goodbye over fears she would ruin her make-up so air-kissed everyone instead.

However, when she went outside, host Emma Willis informed her of Big Brother's secret plot.

She said: 'We're lying... The public have not been voting to evict... They've been voting to send you back in. All will be revealed really soon.'

Soon after, Dexter was next to join Emma outside and looked emotional when the presenter informed him they had been voting to 'keep you in'.

He then joined Gina in the Diary Room, where Big Brother informed them of his plan.

While Dexter was pretty lost for words, Gina was thrilled: 'Love you, love it, thank you. I love it.'

Big Brother told them: 'In the safe house, you will live in luxury right under the noses of your fellow housemates.

'You'll be able to watch their every move and wreck havoc. You will be immune from next week's eviction.'

The pair were then shown into their new luxury pad, completed with comfortable beds, sofas, champagne and other luxuries.

They wasted no time in placing the headphones on their heads and spying on their housemates as they reached to their faux departure.
