SUMMER Glau is set to appear on CW show Arrow.

The actress — best known for starring in Firefly and Dollhouse — has landed a recurring role on Season 2 of the superhero drama.

A spokesman said Glau will play “the enigmatically beautiful and professionally dangerous Isabel Rochev, vice president of acquisitions for Stellmoor International,” which is seeking to take over Queen Consolidated, the company owned by the family of  Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell).

Glau will appear on the series starting with its Oct. 9 season premiere.

Summer also stars in the fantasy-horror film Knights of Badassdom, alongside Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage.

Summer has previously revealed that she went into acting because she hurt yourself and had to take a break from her dance career.

“When I was little, I had a feeling that I was going to end up being an actress. I spent a lot of time alone, I was a very shy girl, and I would pretend I was telling someone about this new role that I got,” she said.

“I would just talk about it: “I’m doing this movie…” or “I’m playing this girl…” I never took any acting classes and I never went to school for it, because I was dancing all the time. But then I broke one of my toes, and I had really bad tendonitis in my heels already, so I lost all mobility on one of my feet.

“I danced on it broken for four months. The way I broke it was, I had started taking this little acting class, and I was reading a play, and the phone rang, and I scooped all the pages off the floor, and I ran and jumped over this camel saddle we had in our living room, and I ran right into the fireplace.”
