ACCORDING to an Ohio man, Justin Bieber confronted him in a bar and then spit in his face.

The man – a local DJ – called into the Dave and Jimmy Show on WNCI and told about his run in with the Boyfriend star that all started because Justin believed he was secretly taking snaps.

He told, “Two of Bieber’s bouncers approached me and said I was trying to take pictures of Bieber.”

The man believed it happened because the night was a 21 and over night at the club and Justin was underage, then Beiber’s entourage snatched his phone and started to search for photos.

Justin then started verbally abusing the man, “He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something … and spit in my face.”

TMZ spoke to the popstars victim who will be pressing charges.

A source close to Bieber spoke out about the claims saying, “Everything’s been going really well on the tour and it’s just really sad that someone would copycat others’ baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves.”
