SELENA Gomez could very well be considering a reunion with Justin Bieber after the release of his latest track, Heartbreaker.

The record dropped on October 7, but Justin sent Gomez, 21, a special sneak preview a couple months ago. When he released the song, he tweeted about the real-life “heartbreak” that he’s still going through.

“It’s a song for people going through heartbreak — like I was when I wrote it. It means so much to me to be able to share what I was, and still am going through, with my fans,” he wrote.

“I’m very proud of this song and I hope it gives my fans some insight into my heart. – JB.”

Sources say Justin and Selena have been dating other people as they figure out where they stand with each other, but it seems like Justin is more than ready to give their romance another shot.

“Justin sent Selena a demo of this song a couple of months ago, it was raw, just him singing and it totally got to her,” the insider told HollywoodLife.

“She wasn’t talking to him, but after she listened to the song, they started talking again.

“As much as Selena loves Justin, she just can’t put herself through more stress.Selena misses Justin and she’s still not over him but she’s forcing herself to move on. This song is his way of trying to get to her. Justin knows just how to push her buttons.

“Selena is a huge softie; it’s going to be hard for her to ignore this, especially because he wrote this note about what he’s still going through.That will get to her for sure because as much as he’s put her through, she still hates to think of him hurting. Most girls would hold a grudge considering some of the stuff Justin’s pulled, but Selena is so forgiving — too forgiving, if you ask any of her friends.”
