‘I will be the sexiest hot mom!’ Kim Kardashian

She may be back to her pre-pregnancy best now but Kim Kardashian’s weight gain during her pregnancy really got her down.

During the latest episode of her family's reality TV show, which was shot while she was heavily pregnant with daughter North, Kim admitted how upset she was at the changes her body had undergone during her pregnancy and revealed plans to get back in shape as soon as possible. 

‘I will be sexiest hot mom,’ she told her sisters Kim and Kourtney on Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. ‘As soon as this is done I want to do Playboy or some naked shoot.’

Kim also got her glam squad together for her big day, insisting she wanted to look beautiful when meeting her daughter for the first time, much to her sisters’ bemusement.

Khloe told her sister, ‘When she meets her baby she wants her to think that she’s beautiful,’ to which Kourtney responded, ‘Kim is so much prettier with no make-up on’ and the duo admonishing their sister ‘Kim you haven’t booked a hospital but you have your glam squad together.’

Kim seemed more pre-occupied with how she would look at the birth than the event itself with the reality TV star even booking a manicure because she didn’t want to meet her daughter while she was sporting black nails. 

Speaking on the phone to Khloe, she said:’ I’m just getting my nails done so I can’t have gothic nails when I give birth.

‘I need pink nails because she’ll be probably be Instagramming these pictures in 20 years .’

However, Kim’s step-brother Brandon Jenner’s wife Leah encouraged the star to forget about her looks and ditch her make-up.

But make-up was never far from Kim’s mind. When showing Leah a 3D ultrasound of the baby, she said: ‘She looks so cute, she looks like she has full make-up on. She’s just like me.’

Along with Kim’s superficial worries about her looks, there was also some moments of high drama as the reality TV star discovered complications with her pregnancy. 

After an ultrasound, her grave doctor told her: ‘According to this the cervix is getting thinner. There’s a lot of movement.

‘The head is down pretty low on the pelvis, this is not good. Just to be safe we’re doing to do a few tests.’

An emotional Kim admitted she was struggling to deal with the latest development, saying: ‘My pregnancy has been so tough I really can’t deal with anything else.

‘I could be having this baby a lot sooner than I thought.

‘Everything is so overwhelming. Not only do I have so much to do but I’m worried about the health of my baby.’

While we now know North was delivered five weeks early and is perfectly healthy, a teaser for next week’s show portrays the panic the family felt as Kim revealed ‘I have to give birth today.’

The entire family were also preoccupied with the paparazzi during the episode, trying to figure out how to get Kim to and from the hospital without being seen.

‘Getting you in is one thing but getting you out is the hard part,’ Kourtney said.

Kim mused, ‘A good option is to go to a hotel. A really good idea is to go to your house and take a different car out.’

However her sisters couldn’t help teasing her by asking,  ‘What if your water breaks in front of the paps?’

Kim revealed her own worse nightmare, exclaiming, ‘What if I tripped in it and they got the craziest pics?’

Meanwhile, Khloe, Kim and Kourtney tried to set their grandmother MJ up on a blind date with a man they found via a dating website but she was having none of it.

It was probably a good thing as Walt, the date in question, seemed more taken by Kim after she interviewed him over the phone before the meeting. 

And it seemed as if the feeling was mutual with Khloe joking to Walt, ‘Kim might be calling you soon.’
