She claimed one of the night’s biggest prizes at the 2013 British Fashion Awards on Monday evening – and as the ceremony segued into the inevitable late night after party she was once again the centre of attention.

Indeed, Kate Moss led the way as guests made a beeline for The Playboy Club in Mayfair, where she was hosting a late night soiree for the 60th anniversary of Playboy magazine. 

The 39-year-old supermodel was joined by legendary Welsh singer Tom Jones, who appeared to be her chaperone as they left the London Coliseum and headed for the popular nightspot.

The model had perked up considerably in that hours that marked her departure from the British Fashion Awards and arrival at The Playboy Club.

She was no doubt in the mood to celebrate her first cover-shoot for Playboy to mark their magazine’s 60th anniversary, and she stood out in a breezy silver evening dress and knee-length fur coat.

The Croydon based star matched her outfit with a pair of black stiletto heels that she put to good use by sashaying inside the club while hanging on to gallant Tom’s arm. 

Her ensemble was in stark contrast to the studded leather dress she wore earlier that night, when she accepted the Special Recognition Award for more than 20-years of sustained success on the catwalk.

Kate was joined at the late night bash by Harry Styles, another award winner on the night, and he appeared to be in unusually low spirits as he sauntered into the Mayfair venue alone.

The 19-year-old singer had previously been mobbed by fans as he exited the BFAs, prompting minor alarm from security guards as one overzealous teen attempted to get a photograph with her idol.

Harry sported an entirely black outfit – the focal point of which appeared to be a semi-sheer shirt beneath which the large butterfly tattoo on his stomach was evident. 

The tousle-haired star was in good company on the night, with rumoured love interest Daisy Lowe spotted making a glamorous entrance alongside close friend Alexa Chung.

The model looked stunning in an embellished semi-sheer evening dress and black heels, while TV presenter Alexa opted for a white patterned mini-dress beneath her grey overcoat.

As the party wore on cocktails were served by stunning Playboy bunnies as revellers partied into the early hours. 

Noel Gallagher and wife Sarah McDonald were amongst those to raise a glass, as were posh comedian Jack Whitehall – who hosted the BFAs in David Walliams’ absence – and his stunning actress girlfriend Gemma Chan.

Jack was spotted rubbing shoulders with Rosie Huntington-Whitely – who arrived in the same flame red Antonio Beradi trouser suit she wore to the ceremony earlier that evening.

The model and actress appeared to be in high-spirits – as did Rita Ora, who made quite an entrance thanks to the striking monochrome coat she sported over her dazzling sequinned gown. 

Stepping from her rear of her chauffer driven car on Monday night, the songstress looked every inch the Hollywood star, appearing as she did to echo a look previously carried off by the likes of Rita Hayworth.

The 23-year-old singer cheerfully posed for photos with two gorgeous bunnies before linking up with pals Kate, Alexa and Pixie Geldof, who was joined at the event by her father, former Boomtown Rats star Bob.

While model Cara Delevingne was absent, her glamorous sister Poppy more than made up the numbers in a very distinctive piano-key shirt dress and powder pink heels.

This year, to recognise the ever growing globalisation of the industry, the British Fashion Awards show that preceded the Playboy event added an International Designer of the Year category to celebrate an influential international designer making waves on the global sartorial scene.

Other big winners on the night included Simone Rocha, for Emerging Womanswear Designer, and Christopher Kane – for Womenswear Designer of the Year.
